Something to Keep Me Busy

I'm on a month break after my big exam's over, will start my clinical years in a month's time, well I'm so excited to go to the hospitals, meet the patients and all but at the meantime, I'm also bored during this holiday, that's why I have decided to do some exercises, just to keep me busy I suppose.

Aerobic exercise : Treadmill
Arm exercise : Biceps curl
Shoulder exercise : Shoulder Press
Chest exercise : Bench Press
Abdominal exercise : Decline Sit-up
Schedule : 5 days a week, 3 workouts and 2 cardios
Repetition : 25 repetitions, 2 sets, 5 seconds hold, 30 seconds rest
Before workouts : 5 minutes treadmill (warm up)
After workouts : Stretch (cool down)
