Kopi Luwak

Kopi luwak is the rarest gourmet coffee beverage in the world. The name, kopi luwak came from the malay words which mean civet coffee and it is made from raw red coffee berries that have been partially digested and then excreted by the common palm civet found in the Malay Archipelago. Kopi Luwak sells for $300 per pound and for that, it is the most expensive coffee in the world!
