Prada Link

Prada Link is a fashionable watch that will be released in a few weeks to match the LG Prada II. Built-in Bluetooth, it allows users to see incoming calls as well as read SMS text messages just by looking at the watch. The Prada Link will cost half the amount of the phone itself, 299 Euros.

The New Macbook & Macbook Pro

Was playing with the Macbook and Macbook Pro at Apple store in London and thought that it looks great and I like it's new glossy screen and clickable touchpad.

Blackberry Storm

New touchscreen phone from Blackberry, also comes with third party applications capability like the iPhone.

Touchscreen Nokia

Nokia 5800 Xpress Music is the first touchscreen phone from Nokia instead of Nokia Tube rumoured on the web.

Armani Night Effect

Armani Night Effect is the second mobile phone from Samsung and Armani collaboration. I'm not sure if this second version of Samsung Armani is a respond to LG Prada II that will be released before Christmas but I don't think Armani Night Effect will rival the LG Prada II. It is not a touchscreen phone for one, and the LG Prada II is a 3G phone with Wi-Fi and 5MP camera. The LG Prada II has a slider keyboard that I think will be big in 2009, a touchscreen phone is nice but an added slider keyboard is much better, it's like having a bigger screen, well it makes the screen bigger actually because it does not use space on the screen.

Windows 7

Windows 7 is the next major version of Microsoft Windows as the successor to Windows Vista and it is expected to be released in January 2010. It will look exactly like Vista with a few minor changes and it's touchable capability. Welcome to the world of touchscreen!

Google's Android

HTC Dream using Google's Android operating system will be released this tuesday in the United States.

The Funnest iPod Ever

Not much improvement for the iPod Touch except for the volume rocker and the speaker which I thought is great. A GPS in the new iPod Touch would be a plus so that it can be used as satellite navigator as well. I was hoping in the future iPod Touch would be transformed into a personal digital assistant (PDA) with it's ability to multi-task and with hard-drive memory, and probably they would rename it iNewton or something to revive Apple's previous PDA, Apple Newton.

LG Prada II

LG Prada II is expected to launch in Q4 2008 and it will come packed with features; 3G, Wi-Fi, 5MP camera, front camera for video calling and most importantly a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. But it will not have GPS.

PSP 3000

The new PSP has been announced and will be available in Europe on the 15th of October. It will look exactly like the PSP Slim & Lite, with an improved screen and a built-in microphone.

MacBook Touch?

Rumour has it that it is coming in October, I hope it is revolutionary.

What do I think of the new iPhone 3G? Well, it's better and cheaper than the old one but still not perfect, still lacking a few things that a phone should have such as video recording, flash camera and A2DP bluetooth. Also, where's the 3G camera? I always thought that 3G phones are phones with 3G camera and 3G speed. Anyway, what I like about the phone is it's GPS capability because it has huge potentials in the future. Oh, one more disappointment, it's still bulky.

OLPC XO-2

The One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) organization announced its new XO-2 laptop design, which will likely replace the XO-1 design. The new design uses two touch-screen LCDs flanking a central hinge. This approach allows the unit to be used as a book with facing pages, as a conventional laptop using a virtual keyboard on the lower display, or as a single system shared by two users. This is just a conceptual design so far, and the images are computer-generated, but OLPC announced some goals for the redesign; smaller overall size, lower weight, 1W power consumption, and a volume price of just $75 in 2010.

Dior Phone

Developed in conjunction with French company ModeLabs who are specialist in the designer badge game, the Christian Dior mobile phones are priced at £2,500 and is aimed at the consumer markets of Russia and China.

3G Prada Phone

LG has unveiled 3G version of their Prada cell phone in Japan. The latest L852i Prada phone will appear for sale from June 2008.
