Brokeback Mountain Changed My List

Last year, I have ranked the 3 movies that I love and since I have watched Brokeback Mountain, I have to change the list to a new one:
1) Dancer in the Dark (Denmark)
2) Brokeback Mountain (United States)
3) American Beauty (United States)
4) Whale Rider (New Zealand)
5) A Perfect World (United States)
I think that Brokeback Mountain is better than the American Beauty, that's why it's on the second spot of my list now and I have added A Perfect World to the list to make it a top 5 list instead of just top 3 (in which i wrote last year). Brokeback Mountain is definitely the one to win the Oscar this year, in fact the movie has been compared to Titanic by the critics, for the number of awards the movie has won so far.

Milan Fashion Week (menswear) is over for now and it ends with a superb show from Miu Miu. For her Miu Miu collections, Miuccia Prada says that navy blue is the colour for autumn/winter 2006-7 and it seems like silhouette is the theme for the runway. Heavily studded shoes and turtleneck scarf are the must-haves for the seasons.

How to get the winning look? Remember these simple concepts:
1) Two layers basic (match polo shirt with undershirt and shirt with v-neck jumper)
2) Tuck-in (do the shirt tuck-in on regular basis, and don't tuck-in non-collared shirt)
3) Leather shoes (make it either mocassins or laced shoes, they must all be leather)
4) Chronographs watch (of any brand, it is more important to wear a chrono than having a Gucci)
5) Slim leather wallet (place it in the right back pocket of your trousers)
6) Camera phone (get a nice case for that and slip it on your belt)
7) Dry look hair (always blow dry your hair before adding any product to style them)
8) Hands in the pockets (walk with hands in the side pockets of your trousers)
9) Posture (all of the above are nothing without a good runway model posture)
10) Smile (and just be happy, oh don't forget to use Colgate for a whiter teeth, hehe :D)

This time, Miuccia Prada says formal is the way to wear autumn/winter 2006-7 clothes and the colour is grey and black. Balaclava is 'the accessory' of the seasons and for those seasons, wear your belt buckle at the side and also get a round chunk watch, no more square watch for the seasons. Animal print is the pattern that you'll see a lot at the end of the year.

New Prada ad campaign is up on its website now, it's a signal for us to start looking at what to wear this summer. Miuccia Prada through her Prada and Miu Miu collections says that light brown and grey are the colours for the season. So, go for those colours and guys, this upcoming summer is the time to pull up your sleeves!
